Candy Heaven Wedding Cake

           This wedding cake ensemble consists of 9" and 6" butter cream cakes decorated with chocolate fingers and gum paste flowers, two gum paste initials and 40 pieces of cupcakes.

This ensemble can be adjusted to customer's taste and budget.

My Beloved Niece's Wedding Cake

The bride and the groom were cutting their wedding cake

          Well, our beloved niece, Sasa got married last October to a guy from Kulai. She used to help us a few years ago and to appreciate all her helps, we sponsored a wedding cake, two sets of 'bunga pahar' (approximately 50 stalks) for her. She wanted a butter cream wedding cake although we were willing to make a fondant wedding cake for her. Her wedding theme was pink and white. Since it was held in a village, we decided that the colour should be bright.

We wanted to try something new, so we decided to make butter cream ruffles. We guarded the wedding cake almost 2 hours but once the groom's family came and all of us were very busy, a kid came up and touched the cake. There was a hole on the first tier!

We had to turn the cake to make sure that there won't be any hole came up on the pictures.

Anyway, I hope that the couple will love each other through good and bad times, through health and sickness; and until death do them part! Amen.

A new cake design - side arrangement

            This wedding cake and cupcakes ensemble was ordered by Dr. Gan Lilian and Dr. Lim Hong Tak for their wedding reception in Prime City Hotel, Kluang. This ensemble consists of one 6" fondant cake and 26 pieces of butter cream topped cupcakes.

         The cake topper consists of four handmade sugar paste roses and sugar paste branches. The actual colour of the cake was white and the roses were light pink.

       When we were arranging the cakes and cupcakes at the ballroom, the chef in charge and the manager were hovering around us to wait for the extra cupcakes. Lucky for them we had three extra cupcakes. We would like to thank the couple and wish them a good, prosperous and happy marriage life ahead.

                    This wedding cakes and cupcakes ensemble was ordered by Noraziema Mansor of Tmn Sri Lalang for her wedding reception on the groom's side. Her in-laws forgot to make place an order for a wedding cake that she took charge and ordered a wedding a day before the reception. She was lucky that we were  free on that particular day and we quickly bake her wedding cake.

A tragedy & a wedding cake

                 This wedding cake was ordered by Bella of Tmn Kiaramas, Kluang. The wedding cakes ensemble consists of three tiers chocolate hazelnut cake with butter cream frosting and decorated with fondant flowers.

      The tragedy started when my sister insists that the cake should be stacked first and deliver it just like that. When the car moved just two houses from our house, the cake on the second tier slipped from the base. I stopped the car and ran back to my house and took the pallette to adjust the cake. We tried to save the cake but failed. I told my sister to stay at home and correct her mistake while I went to T6 to deliver another cake.

      After delivering the cake in T6, I rushed back home to fetch my sister and the cake. We had to stop at another wedding on the way to Kiaramas to deliver another cake. I told my sister that this cake can wait and there was no logical reason why other weddings should suffer just because one of our wedding cakes was problematic.

             When we arrived in Tmn Kiaramas, the bride & bridegroom were already seated at the main table for their lunch. We have to rush to set up the wedding cake and tried to make the best out of it. This picture showed the final piece of the wedding cake. It was such an eventful day and such a nostalgic wedding cake!
